Mail Boxes Etc in Edinburgh are just a franchise of MBE, nothing more. But they are quite rare amongst Mail Boxes Et Cetera's in that they are VERY expensive. You see, they are one of the very few MBE's that require you to use their shipping (courier) account (for Fedex, UPS, ParcelForce, DHL, etc.).
